A beautiful apartment resplendent in history sits nestled atop one of the most historical 12th century arches in Monterosso. Located a mere "stones throw " from the sea whilst still being in the heart of Old Town Monterosso with its "ristorante " and shops footsteps from your doorstep. In this typically iconic Italian building once reserved exclusively for generations of fishermen's families, the owner, Mr. Enzo has decided to share this experience of local history by inviting travelers the world over to reserve the apartment for their vacation.

While the exterior reflects historical charm the interior has been artfully renovated to reflect modern style and elegance. This includes all the modern amenities one expects to find in a 21st century apartment.

Second floor, free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. A/C in both double bedrooms and the living room. Each A/C unit has a remote that allows for individual temperature control in each room. There are USB ports located on both sides of the bed in each bedroom for convenience. Each bedroom has a safe for your valuables. A 42" satellite TV is available in the living room for your viewing pleasure. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with a freezer, stove with a working oven, and a microwave. The kitchen comes fully equipped to meet all of your culinary needs. There is a modern bathroom containing a large shower and a washing machine.

Nearby on the adjacent balcony, a clothesline is strung, so you can dry your clothes "Italian style! " Also located on the balcony are small patio tables and chairs where you can enjoy taking the Italian custom of evening "aperitivo " while overlooking "life" as it passes by on the main street of the town.
